Decorative concrete in Charlotte

Decorative concrete demand across Charlotte splits along the same lines as the housing stock. In the established neighbourhoods inside the loop, the work is usually small, detailed and access-constrained: a rear courtyard behind a house with a single gate, a front entry that has to sit correctly against original brick, a garden path that has to look as though it has always been there. Those jobs are won or lost on finish quality at close range rather than on scale. In the newer southern and northern parts of the city, the work is larger and more open — full outdoor living areas, pool decks and stamped patios on new-build lots where access is straightforward but where the ground is graded fill that has been settling since the house was finished. Both are decorative concrete and they are almost entirely different jobs.

What a visit here looks like

We walk the space, measure it, check where water currently runs and work out how concrete physically reaches the area — which in Charlotte is often the deciding cost factor rather than the size of the pour. We look at any existing concrete on the property too, because how it has performed tells us more about the ground than anything else available. Then we settle layout, finish and colour before producing a number, because quoting decorative work without those decisions made is guesswork.

Tell us what the space is for, and we will tell you what will work in it.

Site visits are free, and we will say plainly when a smaller or cheaper option is the better one.
