Before you call
We do decorative concrete — stamping, staining, exposed aggregate, polishing, overlays, saw-cut work and colouring — on patios, pool decks, outdoor living areas, walkways, entries, decorative driveways and courtyards. We do not do pavers, natural stone, asphalt, retaining walls, foundations or structural repair. Telling you that on the first call is faster for both of us than a site visit that goes nowhere.

None of it is required. It simply makes the first conversation more useful than a general one.
Site visits are normally within two to three working days. Written quotes follow within two working days of the design conversation, which for a straightforward patio is usually the same visit. Decorative work books further ahead than plain flatwork in spring and early summer, so if you are planning around an event, tell us the date on the first call rather than at the point of booking.
If your slab is moving, an overlay will fail and we will say so. If a dark pool deck is going to be too hot to walk on, we will say so before the order goes in. If the patio you have drawn is too small for the furniture you own, we will bring chairs and show you. We would rather have that conversation at the quote stage than at the handover, and it is the reason most of our work comes from people who were told something they did not want to hear.
Site visits are free, and we will say plainly when a smaller or cheaper option is the better one.
